Claudel Goy | MANAGING DIRECTOR
Claudel leads the organisation’s strategic growth and long-term development. Since joining in 2017, she has built arebyte into a sustainable, internationally recognised institution for digital art. In 2025, she launched London’s first dedicated Digital Art Centre in Camden, combining exhibitions, research, education and affordable workspaces. Trained as a media and copyright lawyer, Claudel brings expertise in governance, partnerships, funding and operational management to building lasting infrastructure for digital art in the UK.
Pita Arreola | HEAD OF PROGRAMMES
Pita is leads the organisation’s artistic programme. With fifteen years of experience in the arts, she has worked closely with creatives to develop experimental projects that critically examine the social and cultural impact of emerging technologies. She is also the Co-Founder of Off Site Project, a curatorial platform supporting new media talent. From 2021 to 2024 she was Curator of Digital Art at the Victoria and Albert Museum. She is co-editor of Digital Art: 1960s–Now (V&A, Thames & Hudson, 2024), a book tracing the histories and evolution of digital arts.
Bara Noha | OFFICE MANAGER
Bara oversees the day-to-day administration and coordination of arebyte’s artist studios and creative workspaces, supporting tenant onboarding, contracts, invoicing, maintenance requests, and studio operations. With a background in banking and yoga teaching, he brings over fifteen years of experience in relationship management alongside a thoughtful, people-focused approach to organisational support. Bara is also a musician and sound designer, developing performance and sound projects between London and Vienna.
Henrique Lazaro | PRODUCER
Henrique supportis the planning and delivery of exhibitions across production, fabrication, and installation. As an artist, creative technologist, and game designer., his practice orbits epistemological questions, often playing with norms established by the legacy of western enlightenment by embracing fluidity of agents, species, and belief systems, and meandering in their shifting meanings.
Titash Sen | COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Titash is a communications specialist and digital artist with a decade of experience working across arts and cultural organisations. Her art practice engages with algorithmic systems and is in constant dialogue with her communications work, positioning her to understand how culture moves online and how organisations can grow with it. She has won two Lovie Awards for her animated series, The Big Up.
Paolo Artherley | FACILITIES MANAGER
Paulo is the Facilities Manager behind the digital art centre creative spaces, having built both the studios and galleries. With over a decade in event production, he has delivered large-scale builds for some of the world’s biggest music festivals, including Glastonbury Festival. Blending technical expertise with a passion for culture, Paulo creates inspiring environments where artists, audiences, and ideas can thrive.
Guy Armitage | TRUSTEE & CHAIR
Guy founded Zealous, a platform to save organisations time managing submissions for awards, exhibitions, competitions, etc. Zealous has supported institutions such as Turner Contemporary, the Design Museum, Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation etc. He was voted Guardian’s Creative Entrepreneur of the Year in 2013, won the digital art hackathon at the Tate Modern, discussed the world-changing potential of creativity at TEDx and in Forbes;. Before Zealous, Guy founded a creative start-up in Egypt, and has a master’s in Artificial Intelligence.
Nimrod Vardi | TRUSTEE
Nimrod Vardi founded arebyte in 2013 and acted as its creative director until July 2025. He is the founder of Arbeit Studios, a creative workspace provider with over 150 Studio spaces across London. He set up arebyte in 2013 as a space dedicated to the exploration of the intersection between art and everything that is digital. Putting together both aspects of his work, art and property, Vardi has managed to develop unique and exciting models bringing together both worlds in an engaging and genuine manner.
Jonatan Jona | TRUSTEE & TREASURER
Jonathan earned his Ph.D. in accounting and finance in 2014 from the Baynes Business School, London and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) since 2021. Jonathan is an assistant professor at the University of New Mexico. He was an assistant professor at Tulane University and a senior lecturer at the University of Melbourne. Prior to earning his Ph.D., Jonathan graduated with a M.Sc. of Business Economics and a B.Sc. in international economics from the University of Amsterdam.
Eva Pascoe | TRUSTEE
Co-founder of the world’s first internet cafe ‘Cyberia’, Eva Pascoe is a digital media pioneer with a background in digital privacy. A regular commentator on BBC Radio and co-founder of London-based anti-surveillance think tank Cybersalon.org, Eva brings valuable insights on digital retail and personal data protection. In collaboration with arebyte, she brings a critical eye to new online developments, supporting leading digital artists and nourishing dialogue about the future of our shared, increasingly global online space.
Sumit Paul-Choudhury | TRUSTEE
Sumit is a distinguished writer, thinker and entrepreneur in science and technology. He is the founder of Alternity, a creative studio which explores alternative histories, social experiments and speculative futures. Sumit was the Editor-in-Chief of New Scientist, the world’s most popular science weekly. He also served as creative director of New Scientist Live. Trained as a physicist at Imperial College, he subsequently turned his hand to journalism, working in London and New York, and spent fifteen years writing about finance and technology before returning to science in 2008.
